The procedure followed by most people after waking up in the morning is almost always the same. Although there are pros and cons to these actions, we routinely do them almost every day as a habit. 01.Massage both ears

02.Drink a glass of warm water with lime

The first thing you should drink after waking up in the morning should be a glass of hot water, not a cup of coffee. Drinking a glass of warm water improves the function of your digestive system, kidneys and intestines, detoxifies the body and enhances immunity. You do not need a whole lime for this. A glass of hot water is enough for a while. Also, if you do this daily after waking up in the morning, do not drink this and have breakfast for 20-30 minutes.

03.Clean the tongue

It is a fact that we all know that you should definitely brush your teeth twice a day. But brushing your teeth alone is not enough. 05.Rinse your mouth with a solution of hydrogen peroxide

You can end this morning procedure by rinsing your mouth with a solution of hydrogen peroxide. If the correct ratio is used here, there are no adverse effects of using this. To do this, mix 5-7 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution in 50 ml of water. Instead of adding water to the solution, be sure to add the solution to the water. This process has the potential to whiten teeth, eliminate bad breath, and heal gums.
